Java: 1.7.0_25; Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 23.25-b01

I switched to dark nimbus (select theme, apply, close dialog, restart ide) after that I switched the color theme to "Norway today"
Netbenas then suggest to switch to a dark theme to match the color theme. I click on the hint, options dialog appears and suggests "dark nimbus". After confirming Netbeans wants to restart.

Expected behaviour: Netbeans detects that I have already a dark theme and does not suggest to switch and/or restart.
