I am working on an extension of the (security) certificate realm. For testing purposes i had to change the web.xml file (extra Constraints etc). It turn out that the changed file does not get written to <path-to>/WebApplication1/web/WEB-INF/web.xml
Runtime web.xml looks OK but the old version gets into the war. Furthermore after a restart of the IDE the changed web.xml in nowhere to be found.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
