The checkboxes in the Change Column Visibility dialog are arranged in a centered 
column.  I would expect these to be aligned on the left side of the window (12 pixels 
from the left edge).

Also, there should be a description at the top of the dialog that says something like 
"Choose the Columns to Display in the List"
