Shows the issue

* open the "Export Diff Patch" dialog

ACTUAL: the radiobutton "save as file" is focused
EXPECTED: the filename textfield should be focused by default (because the main purpose of this dialog is to enter the file name)

It is more a usability issue. No bug.
