Shows the issue

* open a standard java application
* open the properties of this project
* open hints in the left tree
* click "use project-specific options" then "Advanced..." --> dialog opens

ACTUAL: the dialog doesn't resize properly - see screenshot
EXPECTED: the dialog resizeS properly

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
