Hello,

I am getting a critical error at the very beginning of installation. All the error says is "nullnull". I am running windows 8 and have had a lot of compatibility issues. I have actually already submitted this bug, but I have not received any feedback in a over a week and I noticed that the original bug I submitted was placed under a "resolved incomplete" status, so I figured I'd make a new one because it hasn't been resolved.

I have attached the installer log and will attach screenshots of the error
