Inspect code result contains blank node (e.g. - white icon, no description) after the package rename.

Steps to reproduce:
1) call Inspect on code which will produce some results
2) rename the package of the class which is shown in result 

-> blank icons

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
