Product Version = NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201306032301)
Operating System = Mac OS X version 10.8.3 running on x86_64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.7.0_21
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 23.21-b01

shift + ctrl moves AND erroneously copies a line. It worked previously with 7.3.

Well as far as I know shift + ctrl + arrow up/down should copy the line and shift + alt + arrow up/down moves the line so it is probably the second shortcut you would like to use. Reopen it if I'm wrong and in that case please be more specific about what the problem is.
