When showing big icons in the main toolbar the Profile the IDE button icon appears to be in low resolution.

Not sure what is the problem - if you are referring to the icon from Bug 228490 (https://bugzilla-attachments-228490.netbeans.org/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=133466) it shows a 24x24px icon (org.netbeans.core.ui.sampler.[selfSampler24|selfSamplerRunning].png).

Please provide more info what should be done on profiler side.
