Scenario:
- Create Welcome
- Call Project Properties window
- Select Build category
- Press Manage Configurations... button
- Select Release and press Set Active button
- Press OK
- Press OK
- Check "Set Project Configuration" list box on toolbar

Real: Debug

test fails for 8 days
