Can you please write particular steps how to reproduce this issue?

Marking as WORKSFORME since we were unable to reproduce the problem. It seems to be just one-time problem during userdir import from 7.3 to 7.3.1dev which hasn't been reproduced anymore. If it happens also in later builds, please reopen with more details. Otherwise please leave closed. Thanks for understating.
