Broken main menu

I've used NetBeans Platform Application Framework for creating application. This application and NetBeans IDE have the same wrong behavior:
- click quickly to main menu item with submenus when application has just been loaded and you see broken menu items, see the screenshot

A consequence of menu warmup after start? Is Windows menu included in warmup?
