I'm downloading the newest 7.3 DEV version.
When I click in "Release notes" link, I get older 7.2 release notes.

I would prefer to see (in order of priority):

a) Quality report about integrated fixes (with link for respective bug reports in bugzilla)
b) The 7.3 patch1 relase notes (the next on the line to be released)
