Open Tools|Options and open pop-up menu for some
top level "folder" node. Opened pop-up menu is the
same as in Explorer - it means it allows you to
create new objects from all templates available. I
looks quite strange that user can create e.g.
BeanShell script under Debugger types.

More important impact, which I forgot to mention is that user cannot
create e.g. new service type (compiler, debugger, executor) which are
normaly available in New ... submenu of the pop-up menu.

Milan, have you used DnD before trying to invoke the popup?

It seems that this bug was introduced in 200204250100 build, I cannot
reproduce it in 200204240100.

New EnvironmentNode implementation seems to have broken this. Passing
to Dafe. If I am wrong please reassign accordingly. Thanks.
