It would be good to make toolbars on debugger
window regular toolbars - it means movable and
switchable (the same way as in Main Window). It
could save a lot of space on Deb. win. if I'd be
able to move toolbars to one row or turn them off
when everything is set up. This makes more sense
now when additional space is "wasted" on titles of
each view.

all debugger toolbars are displayed in the main window toolbar area - closing
the issue.

Verified ... and Closing all issues resolved into NetBeans 6.7 and earlier.
