I checked your snapshot, the copy action is done in a few ms. The whole 30s snapshot is waiting for next action. I don't see there any slowdown, any waiting. Maybe your android debug, is slowing down IO, since it is all 30s reading some files.

i disabled android plugin, but ide still freezes
i don't know if it matters, but ide even freezes when i copy to clipboard from another app

Can you make please more profiles? I don't see freezing in your first try. The other duplicated issue had problem with goto-action and php.

System: Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86; Cp1252; en_NZ (nb)

Experiencing the same problem when NetBeans is running.

Copy or Cut whether done by keyboard short cut or from NetBeans menu, causes "Not Responding" state for 2-5 seconds.

This also happens with other applications - when NetBeans is running.

Just downgrade to 7.2.1, as it does not experience the same performance issues as 7.3
