Product Version = NetBeans IDE 7.3 (Build 201302132200)
Operating System = Windows 7 version 6.1 running on x86
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.7.0_15
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 23.7-b01

"Action Items" is not automatically refreshing as in Netbeans 7.2.1  each time I select a projet I have to change or to manually refresh to see eachl projet "Action Items" of the type TODO.
