I am designing a frame containing a panel with a 5 x 23 matrix of labels. It is laid out thanks to a GridBagLayout. If I try to edit it with its Customizer, I can not access to the last labels of the lines because they are beyond the limit of the customizer dialog and I can't scroll to see them ! It's a little bit annoying !!
Hmmm, I must be missing something, but I can see scroll bars in GridBagLayout customizer - working without any problems. Another thing is if you mean the form designer itself (in the Form Editor window) - but this can be resized, and there are also scroll bars provided if resize the designer out of the visible area. So I'm closing this as WORKSFORME. Please reopen if I missed something.
Resolved for 3.3.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
