In New Wizard, template descriptions for 'Version
Control' and 'CVS'
appear in English when running IDE in ja locale.

Because we cannot localize template descriptions
since l10n.list has not the following files.

vcscore/src/org/netbeans/modules/vcscore/resources/templatesCVSFS.html
vcscore/src/org/netbeans/modules/vcscore/resources/templatesVCSFS.html

Please add these files to l10n.list in orion_fcs.

Fixed in the main trunk and in orion_fcs branch.

Resolved for 3.4.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
