Description Jesse Glick 2002-04-17 21:28:11 UTC
Under JDK 1.4 at least, the initial focus in the
MenuData panel of the NMW is given to the Keyboard
Shortcut field. If you do not want to provide a
shortcut, you can TAB out of it. If you tried to
jump to the Name field with Alt-M, that will
become the shortcut instead! And once there is
some shortcut, there is no apparent way how to
remove it except by restarting the wizard -
selecting the text and pressing Delete just
chooses Backspace as the shortcut.

Probably the shortcut field should be a read-only
text field, with an adjoining "Grab..." button.
