some tests fails for 6 days (trunk)

A test project is Makefile based project. Executable file exists. Run project ==> "files does not exist or is not an executable" warning appears (see screenshot).

fixed, change set:

The UI was changed. List of executable is updated in a background process.
The message "Still searching for executables. The list could be incomplete yet..." is shown at the bottom of the panel while searching executables.

Do you use NetBeans 7.3? This bug doesn't exist in NetBeans 7.4 or 8.0.
