Allow user to specify name of archive (e.g. 7.3 Beta) so there could be more archives for single version

Fixed, now you have to specify archive's name. I also modified listing of archives at

http://quality2.netbeans.org/dashboard/web/listversions.php

so it prints all archives with their names ordered by version.
