Product Version = NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201211200002)
Operating System = Windows 7 version 6.1 running on x86
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.7.0_09
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 23.5-b02

If You select Help -> Check for Updates - it says after wile "Your ide up to date". But when you select "Tools - Plugins" case is, that there are updates available, so at moment you have to do update using this way.
