To be consistent with the rest of mount wizard and
to simplify the mount process we should probably
remove the "Refresh Period" textfield from the
mount wizard (and the customizer). I propose to
add the refresh period to the Expert tab of
filesystem properties (to be consistent with the
LocalFileSystem).

Please let me know whether UI and QA teams agree
with this change. Thanks.

"Refresh Time For Local Files" expert property added to all VCS
Generic filesystems.
Refresh Time removed from "Profile" tab of VCS Generic FS Customizer
and mount wizard.

Good. Refresh period textfield removed. Verified in development build
#200204230100 of NetBeans 3.4.
