EXPECTED: Show the corresponding shortcut for the TopComponent as 
tooltip, when in minimized-state. This way it is easier to learn the shortcuts.

Hovering mouse cursor above a minimized TC actually slides that TopComponent into desktop. Showing also a tooltip would be distracting and not very natural.
