after running an a guide to generate a entity from database which with generate NameQuery.

there is an error warning happening is the genereated file?

it is annotationed with @Entity, so this error warning should be display here.

see http://netbeans.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=177234 for example.
the issue is hard to evaluate/fix as it's really rare and it's unknown how to get this state from clean fresh ide installation,  it may require a lot of steps to reproduce. if you have some, please provide, especially if you'll be able to reproduce after cache removal.

Also as it's related to scanning/indexing it may be some issue in core areas.

downgrade as rarely reproducible and without new similar comments/issue, also the workaround may exist but there is no feedback so far. keep open as i still may happen for someone and new comments may be added.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
