Description Petr Somol 2012-10-31 14:22:35 UTC
NetBeans 7.1 to 7.3 provides JavaFX Application project type which a Ant based project type. Users who want to use JavaFX with Maven currently need to do lots of manual adjustments, including adding the dependency on jfxrt.jar, configuring javafxpackager etc. It would be good to provide explicit support of JavaFX in Maven to simplify these steps, as well as to provide JavaFX specific New File wizards etc.

This is planned for JDK 8-b75

Please ignore my previous comment. It was intended for a different bug (I really dislike Bugzilla's "feature" of moving to the next bug in your search after you save your changes for a bug).

So do I! Now, fortunately, you can disable it in your preferences.
