Bundle.properties generated by the NbBundle.Messages AP is deleted from maven project build folder when CoS is enabled after the source fiel is changed and saved.

I can confirm that the fix works for projects generated with build 201230100001. However, with an existing sample maven-based NB app project generated before the fix I can still reproduce this issue.
