When I started two instances of NetBeans, both instances 
created an ide.log file, and told me to open an issue 
about it.

I am sorry but this is known bug, but it's fixed now, try to download
new development build and use it.

I executed the program internally by pressing F6 in the 
IDE.  I am using the Java 2 SDK, Standard Edition, version 
1.3.1_02.
