Refactoring has to be improved, or rewritten at all. It's not so flexible right now. But it will be a major task for some other release. It will take a lot of time (it will be connected with rewriting of index structure and probably occurences as well I mean...).

Implement better type inference (don't show methods from unrelated classes), take care of access modifiers, add options to allow user to use "soft" refactoring (with just a proper element names), or "hard" refactoring (every possible element with a proper name - because of dynamic declarations and such).
