This is something that I've noticed and would love to see changed. when you go to commit changes to the server, you have to manually check the files you don't want to commit at that time. This can be very timely if one would have several file changes but only wanted 1 or 2 files to commit initially. the best example I have is TortoiseSVN, which has a check all/uncheck all function that makes this a breeze.
i have no intention of polluting the UI with another checkboxes or buttons. Simply select all files (Ctrl+A or via mouse-click+Shift+mouse-click) and invoke "Exclude from Commit" or "Include in Commit" from the contextual menu (mouse right-click)- which changes state of all selected files.
