One aim of the SIM project is to provide end-to-end support
for the life cycle of an issue.  This should include searching
for issues, logging new issues, updating, resolving and closing
issues.

For the initial release we intend to produce an Issuezilla
integration module which will allow users to log bugs easily.
This will build on the work already done for logging bugs
into Sun's proprietary database (the existing bugsubmitter code).

To clarify the scope of this task: we aim to provide an API
for accessing IssueZilla.  Fitting a GUI to this API
is a separate issue.

I'm not sure I understand the task entirely, but since NetBeans does report bugs in case of failure, this seems closed
to me.
