MDR-NetBeans bridge is needed to encapsulate mechanisms for keeping track of 
what the source of each metadata is (which file) in order to be able to 
determine, whether the metadata is up-to-date. Mechanism for automated updating 
of metadata that are not up-to-date is needed. Besides this and after 
implementing storage federation mechanism, MDR-NetBeans bridge should be also 
able to provide information about which metadata has to be stored in which 
physical storage. These features will probably require creating model of 
metadata sources and a NetBeans module for keeping metadata and original 
sources in sync.

I am closing all reports in category Java/Unsupported as wontfix. These should be dead issues --- if the reported cases are against some live part of the NetBeans IDE please reopen and we can discuss to which category they belong.
