This is an encapsulating task of all the jdk dnd framework problems, the
individual ones will be described in separate subtasks.

Note:
These issues are valid for jdk dnd framework, not to dnd of window,
thus occuring also in dnd of nodes and any other dnd using the jdk
framework.

Fixed currently in trunk.

Reopen, if there occures a new or old problem with jdk dnd.
