Operating System = Windows 7 version 6.1 running on x86
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.7.0_05
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 23.1-b03

For DVCS there's no way to tell if changes are not shared. For example for Mercurial, when you commit all changes to the local repo, there's no way to tell they have not been shared.

Provide project icons for not shared changes
