The UI of Tools -> Options -> C/C++ -> Build Tool should be improved. Here is the list of enhancements, proposed by HIE:
  - User should not be able to reach Manage Host dialog from the Tool Collection Manager dialog (Edit button should be removed).
  - We should visually (e.g. with an icon) distinguish user-added toolchains from automatically discovered toolchains.
  - We can be even more specific and name it [Restore Defaults button] "re-discovering automatic toolchains", since this action does not affect the user-added toolchains. I am not sure that this should even be a button. SJ and I will think about it.
