Indicate possible drop operation of Dragged source in container indicating which 
 constraint would be used (North, South, Center,... in Split, Only Center in Multi).

The indication will be according the spec (see in core docs).

Fixed in [trunk].

Please in case of problems with drop indication rectangle fire
separate bugs.

verified in [nb_dev](20020426) TM3 build

I have filed issues:
P2 issue 22372 - DnD is too slow (Windows only)
P3 issue 22123 - MDI after Escape drop -> drop indicator visible
