verified in custom core-main build; content _description is parsed now, and displayed properly in Help|About (both with or without specifying URL) . After updating is shown e.g. "Updates: NetBeans IDE is updated to version NetBeans 7.2 Patch1". 
Meets spec in  https://www.netbeans.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=211796 now.

Please proceed with 7.2 integration.
