Something that I would find very handy is the ability to right-click on an item in a list of found defects and add it to the Action Items from there. It would save having to open the item first.

And in fact, looking at the actions available on a defect, it would also be handy to have "Show in Browser" on the context menu.

possible via the new tasks dashboard

- main menu > tasks dashboard
- right-click the issue and select add to category
