and I reinstall IDE, remove all folders manually and remove C:\Users\root\AppData\Roaming\NetBeans\dev

if try start IDE create C:\Users\root\AppData\Roaming\NetBeans\dev\lock file and not remove - stilly terminate.

Currently I must us not Dev IDE 7.1.2

You are very probably facing regression - see issue 214057

Please try the latest Development build and reopen if you are still able to reproduce it  ... could you please also attach your messages.log (if it already exists) ? Thanks in advance.

I download latest zip netbeans-trunk-nightly-201206130001-ml.zip 13-Jun-2012 06:50 replace C:\Program Files\NetBeans

result = nothing changes...

java.nio.file.InvalidPathException: Illegal character [:] in path at index 4: ///C:/Program Files/NetBeans/platform/core/core.jar
	at sun.nio.fs.WindowsPathParser.nextSlash(WindowsPathParser.java:206)

look messages.log attached.
