Description jocafi 2012-05-12 18:24:18 UTC
Find and replace are not working properly. Sometimes it does not work. I press CTRL+F sometimes and the focus is not on the textfield to write a text. Sometimes, the text is not marked in order I can overwrite what was written before.
Please take a look on the old fashioned window that appeared on prior versions of Netbeans (7.0, etc...) It was working very good. But now....

Sometimes I press CTRL+H (replace) and TAB does not work to jump to the next field.

It is really annoying to use the mouse for this kind of operation.

To solve it I have to restart the netbeans platform. Terrible!!! Please fix it . It is very very simple.

Product Version = NetBeans IDE 7.1.1 (Build 201203012225)
Operating System = Windows 7 version 6.1 running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.7.0_02
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 22.0-b10

There is a lot of improvements in 7.2 dev version, I hope you will be more satisfied. If you have a reproducible behavior I will fix it immediately. 'Sometimes' bugs are difficult to find and fix. In Bug #202740 is an effort to discover why find is not working sometimes.
