Steps to reproduce:
- give a name in Cyrillic to your local host
- try debugging your project on a remote host

I have faced with same issue.

Here the path on remote build machine:

/root/.netbeans/remote/192.168.1.101/acha-пк-Windows-x86/


When start debugging, windows with next message appears:

/root/.netbeans/remote/192.168.1.101/acha-\357\352-Windows-x86/...bla-bla-bla...:
 No such file or directory.
