Product Version = NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201205070400)
Operating System = Linux version 3.0.0-15-generic running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.7.0_04
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 23.0-b21

Steps to reproduce:
- run IDE, open some file in GUI designer
- invoke Tools | Palette | Swing/AWT... 
- change anything in palette (e.g. add Borders, disable couple other categories)
- close the dialog
-> no change in the palette (see attached screenshot)
- invoke Palette Manager through popup menu over the palette
-> every change done in the manager is reflected immediately in the palette itself
