1. Go to File -> New Project and select Web Application
2. Progress to the Server and Settings panel and click Add to add a server

=> The list of available server types shows (besides all the local servers) Amazon Beanstalk, but not Oracle Cloud - this is an inconsistency.

Not critical for 7.2 Beta. Will fix later this week.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
