when you attempt to export your current settings using tools -> options -> export, there is no keyboard-only way to select something to export. 

I can arrow up/down in the table of available options to export, but that doesn't actually select the item (which it should for accessibility purposes).
Therefore the export button is never enabled and the export cannot be completed.
