IDL editor syntax highlighting error is shown when there are whitespaces between
"#" character and preprocessor directive.

How to reproduce:
1) Create IDL this line:
#   define A
2) Open IDL in editor
3) ERROR - syntax highlighting error is shown on this line

Fixed by adding explicit state to handle it.
