Stack trace.

Sample connection node sometimes disappears from Services view and it causes other failures if it is used in wizards. To reproduce:

- go to Services view
- if sample connection node is not available, go right-click "Java DB|sample" and choose Connect
- node appears but then disappears
- if you try to create "Persistence|Entity Classes from Database" in web project, it fails with attached exception
