To reproduce:
- create a Java (or C) project
- in a file, put 10 times "foo" on separate lines
- press CTRL-H to do search and replace
- replace "foo" by "bar"
- press the replace button a couple of times

You will see that the first "foo" is replaced by "bar", the second one not, the third one is replaced again ... and so on.

I would expect all consecutive "foo" to be replaced one by one each time I press the replace button.
