After removing some module IDE can't start.
What happend?

This exception shows, if I press Switch off modules and start button.

Error shows at startup

I have some idea:
I try to uninstall from IDE my plugin 
http://plugins.netbeans.org/plugin/42221/
It's successfully uninstalled.
After restart IDE shows exception dialog, I have press Switch off module and continue.
Than IDE starts normally. After that I try to install my module and IDE shows what will be install modules:
KhArtN's Case Changer [0.1] (my module)
and
org.apache.commons.lang [2.4.0]
As I understand, when IDE uninstalled my module, IDE to remove my module also removed the module org.apache.commons.lang [2.4.0].
Why? 
I don't indicated in my option to remove the module org.apache.commons.lang [2.4.0] on removing my module.
