If i change a file and then run the compiler (Build, Build all, compile, clean)
i always get the message that all is up to date an no files need to be compiled.

The problem wast that somehow the default compiler was set to rmi 
stub compiler.

Resolved for 3.4.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
